1. The prize is an Elia ice bucket, a pair of Villeroy & Boch Maxima champagne flutes and a bottle of Lanson champagne.
2. There is no cash alternative.
3. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Chinasearch and their families.
4. Online entries only and each entrant must have a unique, valid email address.
5. Only one entry per household will be permitted.
6. Entries that are not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
8. No purchase necessary.
9. The competition closes at midnight on 9th February 2009.
10. The draw will be held on 10th February 2009, and the first correct entry drawn will be deemed the winner.
11. The winner will be notified by email, or telephone if supplied, and has one month to claim their prize. If after that time the prize has not been claimed another winner will be selected. For guaranteed delivery before Valentine's Day a delivery address must be confirmed before 2:30pm on 11th February 2009.
12. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
