Need some help contacting RBS about my old savings book

Hi
My dad found an old savings book of mine last summer. I followed the advice on here about reclaiming the money as there was stil £130 left in the account in 1992.
However, I filled in the BBA online form last September and have not heard anything back. I tried contacting the BBA, but they said that I would have to contact RBS. I went onto the RBS website, but couldn't find anything which would allow me to contact them about the old savings account. I have even tried my local branch of RBS, but they just gave me a funny look and handed me the BBA claim form!
Can anyone help me?
