Default Notices?? Can They Be Removed? Apparently Yes

One of my friends has succesfully had a default noitce removed from her credit file!

She enlisted Martins help and there are apparently some template letters on this site?? Where I don't know??

I have three default notices on my credit file from about two years ago!

Apparently they should of been sent via recorded delivery to your home address and a signature applied?? Now I don't ever remember signing for a default notice??

Does anyone know where these template letters are cos I'm gonna give this a go!!!!
Wish me luck

  • Hi, did you find the template letter? and is it actually law that the notice of default has to be recorded delivery to be legal.
