Harassed by non-paying bidder

Hi everyone
Does anyone have any advice for dealing with this situation?
I had a non-paying bidder a few weeks back and filed an NPB report with EBay. The guy ignored this and I claimed my fees back. I posted negative feedback for him and deservedly so.
He has been harassing me mainly via email and a couple of phone calls as he wants me to withdraw the negative feedback.
I have ignored him so far as I no longer want to deal with him. However he has now threatened to report me to EBay for having dodgy contact details if I do not respond.
As the dispute was closed in my favour and the auction relisted, am I right in thinking that I can ignore him?
How should I handle this? I am tempted to report him to EBay for harassing me.
Cheers

I agree with arkonite, report him to ebay for harrassment. One tip though, don't just report him once, report him several times I find that ebay tend to be slow to the point of doing nothing if you just send one report. Report him today, then again tomorrow.
If you contact details are good and you don't have problems with your e mail then let him report you if he wants as ebay will not just take someones word that the contact details are wrong, they will always check.
As for removing negative feedback, this is virtually impossible anyway unless you go through one of the paid meditaion services, so ignore him.

I wouldn't fight fire with fire, by giving out his details/email it is never a good move. Just ignor/block all emails/phone calls from him and he/she will go away.!"£$%^&*()0

Thanks everyone, sterling advice as always!
I didn't want to report the bidder straight away, so I decided to confront him head-on to sort things out. I think he mistakenly thought he could intimidate me, so I sent him a rather shirty email which basically threatened to report him if he kept on mithering me. Kept it simple and stuck to the facts rather than insulting him.
He replied to say 'no hard feelings' and that he now understands why I 'negged' him. He won't contact me again. Sorted!
Although I now have a big red negative on my account, I am perfectly happy with this, it doesn't seem to have affected my sales, and it will serve as a warning to other people that I won't be messed around. If people do see the negative and can't see that it's obvious retaliation, then I would rather they didn't bid on my auctions anyway!0
