I don't know, but even if they do, don't rely on it. The system is still unreliable - some supposedly near-instant transactions are still taking several days - and it can be fast a few times then slow on apparently identical transactions.0

There are banks that have FPS fully working as advertised, don't tar the system because your bank are useless

To the OP, I am pretty sure MBNA are not setup for FPS.

I didn't actually mention a bank, mine doesn't support it and I'm not particularly bothered. :-)
However, the OP was asking about using it for paying a credit card and I suggested that even if the CC company supported it, it's not reliable and to count on your payment going in on the same day would be risky. See (which I should have looked for and posted before):

No, MBNA are not on the FPS. Upto 3working days after 5pm with a dc on the automated line or net service0
