I don't know, but even if they do, don't rely on it. The system is still unreliable - some supposedly near-instant transactions are still taking several days - and it can be fast a few times then slow on apparently identical transactions.

There are banks that have FPS fully working as advertised, don't tar the system because your bank are useless (I feel your pain)

To the OP, I am pretty sure MBNA are not setup for FPS.

I didn't actually mention a bank, mine doesn't support it and I'm not particularly bothered. :-)

However, the OP was asking about using it for paying a credit card and I suggested that even if the CC company supported it, it's not reliable and to count on your payment going in on the same day would be risky. See (which I should have looked for and posted before):

But as you said, MBNA probably don't support it, so it's academic.

No, MBNA are not on the FPS. Upto 3working days after 5pm with a dc on the automated line or net service
