I'm in a super panic now. Just checked my hospitals website and it says all outpatient clinic appointments are cancelled today and tomorrow. Also says that all operations are cancelled - thats just awful but I suppose necessary if they havent got the staff.

Now I am assuming that my ultrasound tomorrow is technically classed as an outpatient clinic appointment, but I think I am going to turn up anyway even if its just to rebook asap. Feeling really pooey now. I have been counting the days to this scan.

Krystal could clothes pegs help with the "tent" situation?

AF: I've always said even though I live nxt to the train for Manchester I would never work there coz I don't understand how you could get to work without being all sweaty and gross in the summer  no-one wants to work with a smelly girl.

_pale_ OMG have you seen the gross touch n fresh advert with the boy saying "mummy I want a poo" it knocks me sick!

I've got a consultant appointment and scan on Wednesday :( Really hope they don't cancel, really want to know that the baby is okay with my silly blood pressure.

Just catching up from the weekend chat! The snow has stopped for now, but it is a couple of inches thick at home, not so much in the city centre. Surprisingly my train turned up and was on time!!

Mmm hot choc - I can only have proper hot choc, I've gone off the instant just add water types! Oh well, at least it's a good way to have more milk - I am another who doesn't like the taste
What you didn't know was that was the train that was supposed to be there an hour earlier :rotfl:

My hot choc is a posh one  suchard using my tassimo machine

Ours was a result of either xmas or NYE nuaghties - we know this because we were careful the rest of the month but were very drunk both xmas night and NYE so gods know what happened? Well, I got pg for a start!!

didn't drink for the whole of January as I thought I could possibly be pg but I thought af had arrived as I was spotting so I had a pint of cider and 2 archers and lemonade - OH went mad when I said 3 days later I was pg.
    Well, I didn't know did I?

Why is it when I'm not pg I'm not bothered about having a drink but now I cna't have drink I want one? OH had beer and brandy and coke on Sat night while I had water and orange and mango juice

I am dreading bein pg over the summer - although I would rather be hot than freezing cold like I am now.

Love creme eggs - but only one at a time. Couldn't eat anymore as I would be sick.
TARA - that's exactly how I eat them!!!

I hate those adverts!! Used to be a different kid and it made me want to vomit
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

    jillie welcome

SB - I hate that advert and have to turn the tv over when it comes on. It makes me soooo mad.

Feely Is there anything at all to eat - try posting what you do have on the oldstyle board and they'll help you do something.

The MW has just been and was surprised I hadn't had Baby over the weekend apparently :D Had another sweep (sorry if TMI for anyone). Had to book an induction date so booked for Sunday - so would probably have baby next monday. MW was lovely and has let me go the full 2 weeks over EDD before induction in the hope i'll still get my HB. Feeling much better about things.

The snow here is getting worse and worse. I'm hoping hubby gets tomorrow off (although unlikely) and MW did say to call asap I thought labour had started as the snow was causing them problems :rotfl: so they want to plan their HB ladies as much as possible to avoid problems :D

I'm quite hungry now you've been talking about creme eggs - naughty pg ladies :D

You can buy posh hot chocolate from tesco that you heat in the microwave. It is pretty much just slightly runny melted hot chocolate!

In an airport somewhere, I think it was Germany, they had a really posh hot chocolate cafe. All they did was different types of hot chocolate, fantastic!

I can't stand the add water ones really, not worth having. If its posh stuff its good though!
