Has anyone had any dealings with Abbeyside Properties Ltd based in London or Urban Land Holdings registered in Gibralter, property developer Ephraim Moses or John Allen....... would love to hear from anyone who has........

    hi sopranos, as far as I know Abbeyside Properties Ltd are now in receivership. Where are you renting? Commerical or residential? I know a lot about this company so we can exchange info....... cheers

  • I need to know from anyone who has any information about URBAN LAND HOLDING AND ABBEY SIDE PROPERTIES. I need to show my solicitor that these company are in receivership or liquidation. Please help.
  • Please can any one give me more information about the two companies mentioned. A friend of mine is renting a commercial property from them. I do not think she knows they have gone into receivership. Please help me more information. thank you all

    Your solicitor will be able to access this information easier than anyone on here. Surely that's what you are paying him for?

  • Yep. Companies House search but for certain info you need to subscribe. A solicitor or accountant would most likely have access to it.

    My son and I are victims of Urban Land Holding Ltd, Abbeyside Properties Ltd.
    Ephraim Moses is one of the biggest crook in town and i would strongly like to discuss with you regarding these two companies and the directors.
