OneTel problem

I signed up with Onetel last year (calls & line rental) but I decided to cancel before I was fully switched over from BT.

For some reason every month since I cancelled OneTel, in Sept 2005, and stayed with BT, I have received a bill from them charging me for Caller Display and Line Rental. I have called and emailed them numerous times and the bills have been corrected yet they still continue to send them  !

Is there anyone I can speak to who will get this sorted for me? Preferably someone in the UK and not one of the robots in the Indian call centre!
