Reccomend me a credit card! Not planning on spending...

Hi all,
I'm looking to get a credit card - primarily to make my job easier! I travel abroad quite a lot, and hire cars etc - and it's quite difficult. For example, I've tried booking some hotels in Romania, and they need a card number to confirm it. My bosses expires before the booking date, and I only have a debit card (Maestro).
So essentially I'm looking for a card that I'm not likely to actually spend much on (if anything) - just to make things like the above easier.
