Hi
Is it neighbour disputes in regards to disputes over houses that have to be revealed on pperwork and to potential buyers? If say you had a personal problem (minor really, over parking outside their house once:rolleyes: ) and this happened approx 11 years ago and you have had nothing to do with each other since (ie just ignore each other). would you need to disclose that?
Thanks for your help

Did either of you go to the police or council & make an official complaint, or involve solicitors? If so, wow, that was some parking argument

If not, then you don't need to mention it.0 -
Lol no no police or officials included. You would have to meet my neighbour to understand that parking outside his home is a very upsetting thing
He is very "precious" We had only lived here 6 months at the time.
Thanks for that.0 -
No, no need to mention that.
You'd only need to make a declaration if you'd made an official complaint (council, police, environmental health) and it was officially on record. It's also a fairly recent thing, not 11 years ago.
Forget it.0
