    I booked with ticketweb for Newcastle and my tickets arrived today.
    Mind you I did contact them via their web site contact page, earlier this week, pointing out that they had taken the money from my card back in January.

    Hi, we booked as soon as they went on sale for the NIA with Ticketweb too and had nothing from them yet either. Must remember to chase them!
