Another mug here. I have just noticed some odd little transactions on my bank account of a small dollar amounts and had no idea where they were coming from. I stupidly missed the 14-day deadline to cancel but can't find anything in my conformation email telling me how to actually cancel. I've now received 2 further shipments of the darn pills. I just tried to get on their website but am getting a 404 error or an Apache is working message.

Do I just have to ring up to cancel ?

people have to read carefully to their terms and conditions' it is a bbig scum' i got robbed more than 300£ a week they 2 transactions first is maybe 4£ then later £59'80 for good 7weeks untill i saw my bank statement' they change name everyday; anything that says pay for postage or teeth whitening as well they are involved' i got the advert from facebook' and got ripped off, good thing though i manged to get my bank card blocked so they couldnt take any more money' report it to your banks as well and explain' cheers micheal

i too fell for this scam, i have so far los over £105 in the last couple of weeks. however i cannot find the details of the company so i can get out of this mess. does anybody have a number or address i could have? really loosing sleep over this as i have lost my job and cant afford this.

Blimey, I am so surprised to see this whole forum about those bl....diet pills.

I fell for it too and even though I have cancelled my order over the phone and received a cancellation number, I found out at the end of AUgust that money was taken out from my bank account after I cancelled. My bank confirmed that closing this account and opening a new one or change my debit card will not solve this....it is only small amounts they take out, but still...I have notyified the bank and was told I would get the money back but I'm happy for every advice.
I also got in contact with the said company, but obviously, they blame it on not having read the conditions properly....

There is nothing to be ashamed about, either, I reckon we'll have to learn from this, I'm just p..... off by this !
