credit card interest rates to 2 decimal points?

The FSA guidelines for mortgages and home finance products say:
"You must state the APR to one decimal place"
(see http://www.fsa.gov.uk/Pages/Doing/Regulated/Promo/rules/mcob/index.shtml section 3)
I suspect the same is true for credit cards, but I can't find a reference.
"Must" is a strong word, so I'd go for "No" as the answer to the question.0 -
