Problem with 4OD

4OD has stopped working, I have Vista. I have tried deleting and reinstalling 4OD, but it loads, plays the adverts and disappears, I have tried downloading a programme and that works but it just won't stream a programme to watch online.
Unfortunately I want to watch Brothers and Sisters, but you can only stream it and not download it.
