Anyone know the dose of nurofen, Is it one tab or two? I have lost the box but the tabs are still in date. Any ideas I have taken two, have I over dosed?

Sorry Pap I dont know for sure but usually adults can take 2 tablets.

Cat slinks in

So, went back to the diabetic clinic and diet alone isn't working so now I'm on insulin and I'm so flipping !!!!!! about it. I'm not staying online too long cos I'd hate to bring everyone down to the gutter with me. Miffed that I can't even drown my sorrows.

I promise that overnight I'll have worked out what my silver lining is and know what the benefits of this $hitty situation are but at the moment I'm deep in my own personal pity party.

Definitely agree with the compeed for your feet Beanie - and I'm sure the hair wil have settled down by next week. It always looks a bit weird when youve just had it cut, but by then you will be used to it - just slap some make-up on and concentrate on enjoying yourself. x
