    That's more than a RFL that I ran (although I did have a break after 2.5k to do the cycling because there were people waiting for the treadmill), so I'm pleased I haven't lost too much fitness while I've not been able to run.

    I think I ran a bit faster than I have been doing outside too, probably because I wasn't struggling with asthma, trying to avoid puddles and fending off dogs.

    Luc dont know if you seen my post up there, but offer is still open. I dont know about savings because I ahve my own savings methord (usually in a locked saver) which is no good for you. Hope you find somewhere good though and the little one come smoothly :)
