1. This prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 and over and not employed by A Click To Company Ltd.
2. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the prize draw must be received prior to 23:59hr, 28 February 2009. The winner will be notified by e-mail after 2 March 2009. The prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification. A Click To Company Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit.
3. Entry to the prize draw is restricted to one entry per person. Addresses will be checked.
4. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. A Click To Company Ltd take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
5. A Click To Company Ltd reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
6. The prize will be as stated and there will be no cash alternatives and are not transferable. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Winners will be drawn randomly from all entries received. A Click To Company Ltd will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draw. The decision of A Click To Company Ltd shall be final and legally binding.
12. A Click To Company Ltd will not be liable for damage, or loss of persons or property resulting from the prize.
13. A Click To Company Ltd reserves the right to publicise the winner in future publications.
