Central Heating Service Contracts

I have a Business Central Heating Maintainance Contract with British Gas I received a letter off them telling me it was time for my central heating system to be serviced and to phone for an appointment. Which I did and arranged a date, before I hung up the representative asked me if there was anything else he could do for me, I said what else can you do:j, he replied with we can also service your drains, mmm I thought so I asked how much extra this would be and he said just an extra £5 per month. I thought this was very reasonable so I agreed.

However I called them out today to see to a blocked drain and when they came out the chappy says, sorry we don't do commercial drains. They have been taking the extra £5 out of my account for 4 months now and as my contract with them was a business account surely they must abide by that, or do you know different? :mad:
