help please

HI all i brought a packard bell easy note just after christmas i have a big problem with it it shut down on me today for no reason and when i restarted it is said windows has failed to start and all that stuff now it is tellin me file/windows/systerm32/winload.exe is corrupt can some one help me sort this out please sorry if u need more info am no good at the computer thing

    It should have come with some form of recovery disk. Need to insert this and power up and follow onscreen instructions.
