Metrolink in Manchester question

Do the Metrolink trams in Manchester ever give refunds if you experience problems when you travel? I have heard that they don't so not sure if it's worth writing to them or not. Their website doesn't say anything about it.

The only thing I think would be applicable in your case would be to write into them and hope.
This is the passengers charter, which says nothing about compo.

If they made a serious error and won't help, try your local MP. GMPTE is "answerable" to the local authorties, and some councillors sit on a transport panel.0
