Flights To Australia

Hi,

I'm looking for some flights to Australia for a 2 week trip over Easter for 3 adults and 1 child. Can anyone recommend any cheap deals or websites with cheap prices.

Thanks for any help

    Hello

We are off to Sydney for Easter and have booked to go with singapore airlines via ebookers, we are very pleased with the service we have received from them, plus we got nectar points.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi ds3727,

Have you had any luck finding any cheap flight deals for Australia? We are also hoping to go to Sydney in April but it's so confusing.

Does anyone have any opinions with regard to internet or agencies for the purchase of the tickets?

    Thanks
  • https://www.airline-network.co.uk are usually pretty reasonable and you see exact availability

Best way is to keep ringing, as the airlines seem to bring out offers all the time. One offer finishes another starts. We got a good deal with Emirates

It seems to me that there is very little difference between prices on the internet and prices given over the phone, ie. numbers obtained from the travel sections in newspapers.

Does anyone know if they have to delve into the same 'bucket' for the seats, or do they all have their own allotted allocation of seats? And once they're gone, they're gone, and price increases?
  • ebookers, travelbag or travelmood are the three agents who I would recommend, I used travelbag for booking our flights to Melbourne in March and have booked with travelmood a few times as well and recommend them also.

The family and I have always found Trailfinders the cheapest (brother lives in Sydney)

web www.trailfinders.co.uk but for a flight quote you need to ring them up or go into the shop.

For my next trip, they've quoted me £550 cheaper than the cheapest t'internet fare, and £200 cheaper than STA
  • Go to singapore airlines web site I found them to the cheapest & the best & I have used them a couple of times now & will be using them again in Aug. Also if you book on line you can choose your own seats, which is a bonus especially with kids. They have good in flight entertainment & the food is quite good too. Good luck :D
