Who does MBNA

When you apply for different credit cards there are clauses which say you can't tranfer balances from one MBNA card to another etc. Is there a way I can check if I am applying for a card which I can't transfer balances to because they have the same owner (so to speak) eg:
I have a Platinum Barclaycard interest free coming to an end
I have a Tesco credit card which is also interest free coming to an end in June
I have a Halifax Purchase card due to expire my interest free for purchases in the next few months

I have just been accepted for A Virgin card. Can I transfer the balances of the above to the Virgin card. Anyone got the answer  Thanks in advance
