Laptop to TV, no s-video out

Hope someone can help!

My laptop has a HD-out and VGA-out (no s-video out), I'd like to connect it to a TV which only has Scart, Composite (red/white/yellow), and s-video in.

Is there a cheap way to do this? Or will I need to buy a converter box? (And can anyone recommend one for this particular scenario?)

Check them on that page... there's a few different types... basically..

VGA to RCA cable. simple + cheap! don't expect awesom quality though! good quality on movies.. but anything else - urg!
