    I got an email from them a bit ago. I raised numerous points in my last email and, as you can see, I got a very considered response:
    Dear Mr *********,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

    We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

    We confirm that there is an Unfulfilled Commitment Charge of £95.02 on your account.

    We are extremely sorry for the disappointment.

    What the?! Fired a new one off to them quoting the act mentioned, and the actions I intend to take. Getting cheesed off with this one, but they are not going to win because I have all the evidence on my side.

    Just had a reply back from Trading Standards, and they would be willing to look into it.
