Asda Online Customer Services Contact Details?

I'm trying to find a contact number for Asda Online Customer Services - I've mailed their supposed 24hr e-mail address twice since last Friday being promised each time of a reply within 24hrs, of course nothing's happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

I think that was sort of the route I'd tried earlier - via that way, however, now when I try to log in (and after checking the details I've put in carefully) the Asda site is telling me they have no record of my acct name or acct.

mmm.... might have to get Holmes on the case

cheers - thanks for that - I was trying to get thru to find someone about returning an item that doesn't work (digital recorder), but it seems that to get any further I need to log in and it didn't like my details...
