submitted a paper application on 24/11 by recorded delivery, still waiting for my cheque, have phoned them 4 times in the last 3 weeks, everytime the date goes out, now being told beginning of Feb, if this goes on by the time I receive the ISA certificate it will be void............Anybody else still waiting for an Isa cheque.

Still waiting here. Had to go down the paper route for my wife's ISA despite my own and our joint account being dealt with electronically.
Sent the application in end of November, no cheque as yet. Emailed them one week ago, no reply!!0 -
I talked to them last week. They said after delays (I believe waiting for funding from HMG) they had (just) started sending out cheques for Nov & December maturing FTBs, which would take 3-4 weeks. Jan maturing FTBs would be following on mid Feb.0
