I'm not even sure that would work - the OP has been receiving statements and the balance has been reducing. Surely if you want to claim fraud, they would need to do so as soon as the fraud becomes apparent i.e. when they saw the balance on the statement...Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
