    Your card your debt. If you can prove you did not know he was using card you will have to get you ex partner charged with fraud to get it wiped.......

    I'm not even sure that would work - the OP has been receiving statements and the balance has been reducing. Surely if you want to claim fraud, they would need to do so as soon as the fraud becomes apparent i.e. when they saw the balance on the statement... :confused:
