hardship claims

hi all just thought would let u all no i ahve been claiming bank charges under the hardship rules and have had bit bad news and bit of good news
natwest paid out my charges under this rule after 6 months of emailing & writing to them £1160.00 so was very happy :beer: :j
lloyds tsb are not budging on it at all and actually keep geting quite annoyed with me for contacting them all the time , but now im at a stale mate and dont no were to go any ideas would be gratefull x

You are obviously much further down the line than me with Lloyds. I have only just upped my claim from a normal sit in the queue to a hardship claim, due to circumstances and received my ususal fob off letter. Saying we will be in touch within 8 weeks. etc..... How far have you got and what are they saying to you? Be nice to be prepared.0 -
Good News I recieved a letter from Barclays offereing me £250.00 I applied under the hardship rules. I am very happy as I need it to pay off some bills so Thank-you Money Savings Expert! I am really grateful for all the advice and tips.

I applied to them under the hardship, they only gave me £90.00 not much but every little bit helps!
Only have one loan outstanding! :rotfl:0
