This dont make sence something is wrong here ? Why would people want to spend hundreds of pounds on a pair off manky dirty ravel shoes and the rest of them aswell i cant get my head around this ?

It's a fetish thing, some guys have a thing about worn shoes, some like worn underwear, it can be a very lucritive market.
