Advice about NPower and Swalec
Hi all,
I am currently on pre-payment meter fro both gas and eletric from Swalec. I am now looking to change adn somewhat according to USwitch NPower saves me more money to switch from pre=payment to monthly direct debt.
Reasons for the change is this I has an old card where the payment made was not regconised by Swalec so Swalec sent me a new card, top up the card with some money however the card was faulty as the meter refused to accept the card. SO of course rang Swalec and they sent me a new one and said if I make payment of around 1 or 2 pounds few times it will come though, low and behold 5 times I've been and 5 times I been given different stories why it not gone though.
SO enough is enough i am now switching to another supplier, so any one has any advice and is NPower reasonable for Cardiff area?
Before you ask what my usage, no idea, but my monthly spend for gas is avg 30 per month and for eletric its around 40 per month, depending on time of the year! However I use eletric more than I do with gas, so my eletric shall be of higher usages as I rarely cooks on my gas cooker, gas is used purely for hot water and heating nothing else.
Any advice would be great thanks in advance, PJ
