Can someone tell me where I can find out what the policy is if Tesco overcharge you. Just realised I have been overcharged, telephoned them and they agree. Am I just entitled to a refund of the amount I was overcharged? Seem to remember reading somewhere about DTD? Does that still apply?

You dont need to print anything off just go to customer services and point to the big blue board behind them, if there isnt a blue board, go to by one of the tills, taking the CS with you and point to the little sign that says "And If Things Dont Add Up"

I have the following till spits:
    • Save £5 on £50 across Elec, DVD, CDs games, books/toys/stationery party, home, cook, dine, camping leisure, diy & car
    • 500pts on £25 across homeshop, cook & dine
    • 500pts on £20 across camping range
    • £2 wys £10 on cookshop or dining
What's peoples views on whether all 4 would be accepted if I spent just over £50 in total with at least £25 on home & £20 on camping?

Not sure if the till would allow all 4 to be scanned.
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

  • Hi There

Does anyone know if there are any other retailers apart from tesco stores that offer double or extra clubcard points on purchases?

    Thanks Adele :)

Yes, I am using it for clothing.
I copied and pasted your text.

You can put £30 worth of clothes in your basket and try it.
It'll tell you if it works before payment.
