What should I be expecting to pay for 2 x rear suspension bushes replacing on a 8yo Ford Focus 1.8 ghia?

I've been told 2-3hrs labour as the whole rear axles need removing to access.

im 99% sure that the axle has tobe removed in order to replace the bushes

It's a local garage...

I'm also Googling as the Garage said it's a common problem in the Focus. I can't find many references to it tho!

You may be able to get the parts cheaper from ford parts uk, that's if you know exactly which parts you require.

It's a common problem on Mondeo's circa 2001-2003. Tvvat of a job cos you have to drop the rear subframe. Bushes are about 15quic each, but its the labor that will hike the price...
