does anyone know how to remove human hair from velcro/

hi there does any one know how to remove hair from velcro surely there has to br a way ive just not found it yet tried everything!! help thanks k

    I'm assuming you mean from the 'hook' part of the velcro? If so, I've had great success using a pin - sounds odd, but if you gently run the pin between the plastic 'hooks' it will lift the hair so that you can pick it off.

    I've used a pickle fork ( slightly longer & thinner than traditional forks ) to remove a lot of debris from my sons' velcro shoes.
  • I have successfully used a fine wire brush to remove fluff from velcro. The one I used was a toothbrush sized one (brass bristles) bought in a pack from a £1 shop.
