50 6X4 digital prints free post £1.50 (merged)

I've sent them an email as when I looked at my order history it says I have got an order, yet when you open the account it says something like Welcome you still have 10 extra photo's to upload - which is true. I've gone back into my emails and dug out the confirmation and sent them the number. Shall have to wait and see now.

Mine arrived on Friday, 4 days after ordering. The quality is pretty good. I was surprised that my crappy digital camera could take such rich colour photos.
I'm going to stick with these guys.

Had an email from them today saying they had trouble with some photo's and mine must be among them although they failed to realise this. My account has been credited with the £1.50 I paid and I've been told to try again. Bit late now but at least I have had a reply and for £1.50 shall try again.

just ordered mine and it took the whole 10.50, not very happy at all, have emailed them advising refund the diff or cancel the whole order and refund the full amount.

In case anyone needs it to chase up orders (or if they mess up like they did on mine!), I have managed to find a telephone number for them - 01624673111 (they only have a fax number on their site).

I've given up! Takes ages to upload, I do have broadband, then the pictures disappear and the box with a small cross in the top LH side appears.........................not worth the hassle atm!

I had this very problem last week with Photobox - wonder if processed by the same people. Anyway, when I rang I was told that this happens with Internet Explorer sometimes and I should try Firefox. Worked a treat and problem solved.

Very good actually. The snapfish offer ones were on very poor paper these Lumix ones are much better prints.

A bit slow to upload 14 files at a time but I just let it run, I use Firefox so no problems.

Thanks to OP please let me know of any other offers, I#m off to get me Pixium ones 20 free and 29p for 12"x12" prints not bad if you have an Am Ex card you get 40 free prints or via a code se the post here.

Uploaded late Monday night - recieved Wednesday morning.

But at 18p each and a very laborious upload process I don't think that I'll be using them in the future.
