I have just got this email
"It appears that the images have been distorted when being uploaded to your albums. We are looking into the possible causes for this but in the meantime it does mean that the images in your albums (the ones that look distorted) will need to be removed and re-uploaded.

We do not have an explanation for this at present but in the meantime we will arrange to put a £10 credit onto your account which could then be used for reordering your prints.

Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused."

So i will have to do mine all again...The £10 will cover more than 50 prints so thats good!

Can anyone confirm whether these prints are up to the 5* Photobox quality ??

I dont even want to pay the P&P if they are the feeble Snapfish quality !
  • I have used both Snapfish and Panasonic. Snapfish photos are of poor quality (the paper used) and the colours do not quite come up right. Lumix is much better.

My photo's uploaded fine last weekend and took my money via c/c BUT I haven't had my photo's yet:confused: and I really wanted them for this weekend. Has anyone else not received their order?

Nope I am in same position, I was assumed they would be as quick delivery as Snapfish etc but still no delivery. In fact they haven't even taken the money yet. :(

Edited to add: Ah it appears I have been given a £10 credit too becuase my pictures are deformed. i must have deleted the email as spam. Guess I'll be going elswhere tog et my pics then in the meantime.
  • Same here...
I downloaded mine last Monday, which were downloaded o.k and the £1.50 was taken from my credit card.
Sent them an email today at 1pm and havn`t recieved any feedback.

Photobox usually send them out next day...

Will carry on using photobox me thinks....
  • I uploaded on Tuesday night, received this morning, that is in three days. The website claims 24 hours service. Cannot complain as they are free! Quality and paper not as good as Photobox (the best IMHO), but as good as most others.
You need to obtain their password, the original email password does not work. I also found the uploading photos very cumbersome and timeconsuming compared to Photobox, it took me nerly an hour to upload 50 photos on an 1Mb broadband connection. Would prefer Photobox if I have to pay in full.
