    They say in para 3 '...has been accepted in full', and then in para 5 starting 'I have read and noted the points...' it goes on to say the £60 has been accepted but in future you'll have to pay the full charge (i.e. £120) if payment isn't made in time.

    I'm very sure they're therefore not asking for the extra £60.

    Depending what Neil thinks about the prospect of appeal success, I'd suggest you start a thread in the Arms (this board) and ask if anyone lives locally, whether they could be very kind and take pics of sign and lines and upload here for you? As Neil said the forum has a wide outreach so it's worth a try.

    Well it seems after months as i have not heard anything I shall assume the ticket was indeed not serious
