laptop freezing and shutting down

Hi guys
i am back again.:rolleyes:
Since last night my laptop has been constantly freezing and shutting down. Has done it a few times in the past but last night and this moring were ridiculous.
I have tried starting it in safe mode and run a virus scan but nothing has shown up.
Any ideas?
