How long has everyone been comping?

I have been comping since I was a kid, I remembering entering Shout and Mizz magazine competitions.
My biggest win has been the chance to be on an AC/DC video shoot. The biggest in terms of financial value was a cheque for £100. I've not won a lot but it's all been things I actually wanted.0 -
I started in December 2008. Could hear myself moaning about never winning the lottery... or anything really. Then realised I didn't actually enter anything. Toddled over here from the Tesco/Asda vouchers thread and never looked back.
December I had a few lovely small wins and this month has been brilliant. I do a good hour around lunchtime (not just here - I go and have a gossip on my Craft forum too
) and then I pop back on when the girls are in bed and am on and off checking new comps most of the evening on tv advert breaks or on my way through to make a cuppa etc
:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -

I have been comping on and off for year since my mid teens, but that is because my mum was also a comper. Mum never had any big wins but quite a few small bits. I have won quite a lot of prizes, and in 2007 and 2008 won at least one prize a month which I was overjoyed at
I began my online comping at 'freebie forum' in 2005/6 and that led me on to this site.
God bless the internet!
