Hi, I don't know where to post this but ill try here.
A year ago I tried to claim back overcharges from Citi, Halifax and Capital One credit cards.
I sent all 3 template letters over a period of about 6 weeks all recorded delivery with highlighted copies of my statements and had the usual fob of responses back, I was just starting court action but work commitments put a stop to it.
Now should I start the process again or go straight in with court action?
