Have just come off the phone to Additions after I was billed for the item I chose (Green Check Shirt £8.00) and they have decided to credit the whole £11.50 back to my credit card.
So I'm happy - like others I used an alternative to the non-geographical number which was 0161 6151615 which is a local number for me.
Quite pleased although the shirt wasnt the same colour as advertised. But hey its something for nothing. ;)
