Now they are saying the code used was D6AZ. It wasn't!
They say even though its being returned still have to pay P&P of £3.50.
Have contacted my CC as a disputed item.

Used ???? for free delivery last month and didn't get it! However, called them today and they put an adjustment through! Seems like it's worth pursuing with them.

Code source and who is allowed to use it is not mentioned as required by

I have also found code D6A2 on hotukdeals.com - it does say 10 pounds off + free delivery for first time customers. No details of where it came from, though.

This was on its website, i received a catalogue throught the post with
a leaflet inside stating the offer if that helps. I posted it on here a few weeks back, not as many people were interested back then

Yes Ellie. I used the £10 no min spend and free P&P, using this code (D6A2). I'm a first timer using them.
They said its for 10% off and will only honour that.
Have checked my CC and they have now taken £13.50.
I've had a real grumble about wanting a refund, including P&P this morning but haven't had a reply yet.
    Good Luck.
Am I the only one that hasn't had any joy with this code??
    LL
They are lying I have the flyer in my possession.
It definitely states £10 off plus free standard delivery, not 10%. I reckon they are pulling a fast one because more people have utilised the code than they expected.
I say to anyone who is having a hard time to STAND THEIR GROUND!!
