    If ever you want the full works reasonably book the blissful beginings which is for pre and pos natal women - it doesn't state how long post natal you need to be my mum tried it on and the lady laughed and said ok

    It is the works for about £45 in clarins

    I can highly recommend Melanie on the Sisley counter at House of Fraser in Cardiff. It's around £45 for a facial & I wouldn't go anywhere else ... it's a french botanical skincare company and I usually wind up floating home afterwards.:j
