    Many thanks for all the replies. I'll go ahead and install it as the consensus is that the problems that were evident when SP3 was first released have been sorted.


    mdbarber - thaks for the suggestion that I post my hardware, but I wouldn't want to bore people with all that info, and my laptop is just a standard Dell that I haven't changed so hopefully it should be ok.
  • When I put it on our Dells it was recommended that you download it, turn off my 3rd party firewall and install. After the restart the firewall should be back up as normal. Put on 3 machines with no hiccups.
    I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

    I've put it on about four machines with no problems (unlike Vista SP1!).
