Olympus e410 camera -transfer images from .ORF to .jpg?

Hi

Ive recently bought an Olympus e410 camera. I have saved the images onto my laptop and when I have tried to atach and send them to an e-mail I have had problems.

The images are saved as .ORF and I need to transfer them to .jpg.

Anyone know how I can do this?

do the pictures have filesizes of over 10mb?

is yes, you took them in RAW format

you need to install the software from the software disk that should have come with the camera. there should be a program on there that allows you to open the raw files and convert them to jpeg

.orf is the RAW format that Olympus uses. You'll need to 'develop' them in the Olympus Master software that should have come with the camera.
In future you can set the camera to save directly into JPEG format or Raw and JPEG simultaneously.

Right click on image in Olympus master and choose RESIZE and Convert. Alan.
