Motorcycle Insurance with NOS

I don't know if anyone can help with this but....
My husband is building a custom motorcycle. As part of this madness endevour
he is including a supercharger and Nitrous.
He's been contacting insurance companies and can get a quote for the bike OK (and not as much as you'd think) but none of them will allow the NOS to be connected - no problems with the supercharger apparently ???
He can set up the bike with the NOS disconected but would prefer to have all the relevant stuff correctly in place. He says he doesn't want the NOS for the road
but rather for the "run what you brung" dragstrip events that are held at motorcycle rallies throughout the summer.
There are already a large number of motorcycles with NOS out and about, and consequently they must have insurance. Does anyone know of a company that insures this?
