Then its in the public arena anyway .... so no 'confidentiality' problems for you.

If you dont want to post the judgement details/transcript then tell us;

- Case Number,
- Parties involved,
- County Court
- Date

And I can get hold of a copy of it myself.

Wouldnt want anyone (else) doubting the credability of your claim would we?

I could not give a toss about whether you or anyone (else) doubts the credibility of my claim.

I can assure you however that there are certainly issues of confidentiality and professional conduct. If you do not believe this then feel free to call the SRA's ethics helpline on 0870 606 257 if you want confirmation.

If you think you can get copies of any transcript or judgment then try calling your local county court and asking for one. Pick any number, really, have a go.

You seemingly have no knowledge of legal proceedings yet see fit to put down the legal profession as a whole and call into question my integrity. Please explain why this is?

Come on now, no need to get deffensive we are only anonymous names on a computer screen after all. If 'Troubled_Joe' is feeling even more troubled by the comments, then 'Planner' apologies.

I have simply asked for some information that is in the public domain that would be useful to have on here that you claim to have knowledge of. Why not supply what as been asked for?;

- Case Number
- Parties involved
- County Court
- Date

Being in the legal profession, you will know that CCJs are easily available to check online (I also know for a fact that summaries of the judgements are available on request - but you can provide us with that).

In terms of your phone number above, I think you missed a 7 off the end?

As you well know, with no details whatsoever only 'That bloke on the MSE Forums, you know him Troubled_Joe', neither the court route or the trust check is going to be possible is it?

Not to worry though, as I am aware of 8 successful TDS cases today alone (of course I wont be able to provide any details) :rotfl:

That's clearly not what I meant. Please call any court and ask them to send you documents relating to any case number. If they send them to you then you were right all along and I will apologise.

Where does your vast and unquestionable knowledge of TDS cases come from may I ask?

Excellent, apology accepted. I have quite a folder of TDS cases from various courts.

We have at least a page of posts now since you got your oar in... Im still struggling to see anything useful from you?..... am I missing something?
