I have just got myself a job and to celebrate want to take my two girls (17 and 15) to New York for a short break...just me and them....we've never had a holiday abroad together so am really looking forward to it...can anyone recommend any sites or deals?

on page 1, there is a link to the old thread, which is around 100 pages long, and also, links to shopping thread, flights thread, and hotels thread (though they ain't used as much, and we kind of stick to the main one..

also, you'll need to let us know what dates your thinking of, and what airport you're flying from, and what price you've already found.. give us that, and i'll be more than happy to help and attempt to beat prices, debunk myths of New York, and generally lead you in the right direction for a great long weekend..

there are other people there too who will help with things to do with your girls, as i'm at a loss on that one to be honest
