1. The competition closes at midnight on the day stated on the individual competition page. The prize-winner will be the first name drawn at random on the following working day. << so i guess it doesnt matter how good your poem is!
2. The winner will be notified within 2 weeks of the prize draw being made and will be contacted by email and/or by phone.
3. Prezzybox reserves the right to re-draw the prize at random if the prize-winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks, does not wish to accept the prize or is unavailable to accept the prize.
4. No purchase necessary to enter. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. Incorrect and incomplete entries will be void.

Valentine’s day, it comes once a year
To see people celebrate I find really quite queer,
It’s the perfect time for shops to rebrand their old tat,
Then sit back and watch as their wallets get fat,
Stick a red heart on it and if you’re lucky a rose,
And surely enough you’ll see everything goes!

The big fat cats sit back chuckling at their desk,
Pondering on thanks to us where they can holiday next,
Our hard earned cash we throw down the drain,
As we feel we must jump on the commercialists train,
I do not condemn them as they are really quite clever,
When will the public see, although most of them never!

But if you can’t beat em, join em as the old saying goes,
And I am not one, who likes to impose,
So with one foot one the wagon and one foot off,
Quickly threw my yummy heart shaped choccies I scoff,
Then with a Cheshire cat grin, I raise my half price V-day beer,
And cry “screw you valentines, see you same time next year!”
