worried dont no what to do next

just started to worry again my missus booked a holiday last year and has been working extra shifts to pay for it
she hasnt finished paying it yet and i never included her on my soa as i put in what i pay each week to the household what will happen there will he stop us from going and will he like her wage slips etc whe havnt had a holiday for 5 years at least
it wasnt until i started going through her income on what she had left over each month that i realised this could have been avoided almost if she had contributed to the bills each month
i feel and that was before she done extra shifts to pay for holiday she done it for the kids but i can see a lot of heartache for her and the kids im not worried about the holiday but for the last 9 months she worked her but off and its unlikely she could carry on doing it as its nights and it is taking its toll on her

back after just over 5 years life is much better and still debt free
just checked my credit report via noodle and noticed nationwide building society issued a default 6 months after after the banckruptcy was made .
what should i ask the data inputter to change ?
is the default correct or should it be changed to july date as that was when made bankrupt or removed all together
