Delete game results on DS

I have a Nintendo DS and have been given some secondhand games. Can anyone tell me how I wipe off the old users names and scores please. please move if this is not in the right place. thanks

According to my 10 year old you start a new game from fresh. Then you save this game and it will overwrite anything previously stored.

Depends on the game, some you can delete profiles in the game, others (nintendogs) you need to press a combination of buttons to reset the game. Some as suggested you start a new game (rather than continue) and it resets your progress

What games are they? If you have them it's usually in the manual.

If you have a memory card reader on your PC stick the card in there and delete any .sav files
